Quality Controls Circle (QCC), are one of the most effective approaches used in many industrial and service areas. One of the most important features of this approach is that in addition to the effective use of techniques and tools used in the field of quality engineering, it also deals with an innovative approach to the problem-solving domain and tries to integrate these two into a targeted group work Achieve the organization's goals by solving problems at different levels and continuously improving. The main philosophy of QCC is continuous improvement in processes through the advancement of the organizational system and the strengthening and empowerment of employees, and the bulk of the activities of these circles are focused on improving quality, increasing returns, reducing costs and creating facilities. The Mashhad Electric Energy Distribution Company, in pursuit of the 1405 Strategic Development Plan, has implemented quality control loops at the company level. In this paper, it has been assumed that the quality control loops have increased the productivity of the employees. Therefore, using employee productivity questionnaire before and after comparing the quality control loop method. Mann-Whitney's non-parametric test results show that the difference in employee productivity before and after this approach is significant.
